Hey everyone!!!
We need your help. Coach Brian Gibbs and his wife Brooke have been chosen by the radio station 95.5 -Mojo in the Morning to win fertility treatments. They’ve made the top 10 and now we need to make them number 1. Please share with everyone you know and vote as much as you can. They’ll be on the radio today at 8:30 am sharing a bit of their story but it’s our job to do the work to get these votes!!

Bitter sweet, but it’s been a great run!
Here is a hint to a secret though. This space that has served our community will continue to do so with a person and thing that is very close to my heart! We’ll forever be ! Thank you all!

Great day, great night! This guy Rudy was just crazy , running in and out, loving the doors being open. Here he is chomping at the bugs that were flying around.
Pretty sure that everyone’s legs , chest and triceps will be sore tomorrow. That means off to a great week, tomorrow we will hit those back and biceps with some abs sprinkled in.

This was a fun one! Everyone working hard this week and pushing for muscle growth.

If you have been thinking of starting but haven’t yet , ask yourself why? How bad do things have to get before you try something different that will make you not only feel better but look better too!

Truthful Thursday 🤷‍♂️

Do not fall victim to these free challenge social media Gimmicks. I am only going to post what gets sent to me on the regular or what is always in my feed. I will never blame a business for trying their best to be successful. But know this… fitness is not a gimmick and true results take time! There are no short cuts for sustainable results and the things that these challenges will have you do to make you think your successful will backfire and only set you back. Get on the path for long term sustainability success!

You have to create a change!

Do not just go through the motions. I talk about show up and just be consistent. And this is true, to an extent and for starters. However once that change has taken place and you have gotten into the habit of being consistent and showing up, you have to create change to see results. This is going to consist of different things like pushing harder for maybe a few more reps or upping the weight to create a change of muscle that will look better, feel better and burn more calories and fat.
If you do the same things and same weights every day you will stay the same. I realize that getting out of your comfort zone can be scary as well as uncomfortable but do so safely and this is where great things will start to happen. As always we are here to help, let me know if we can help you!
