Steve is certified through World Instructor Training schools (WITS) as a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness Clarkston North. He is also planning on continuing his education and getting certified with a strength and condition certification. Steve played Semi-Pro football for ten years and was a National Champion and an All-American . He loves working out, and loves to help people reach their goals

The first picture is me after my first neck surgery, my left arm atrophied from being pinch off in my neck for years. The last 2 pics are from today. Tomorrow I turn 49 yrs old. I have a lot of issues from the "good ole days" but I don't use them as an excuse. I'm not the biggest, nor the the strongest, but I find the time daily for myself to mentally and physically stay focused and keep up the my time. Don't reach for the excuse, grab the solution and beat the s**t out of it!!! Get some!!!!
