Figure Camp Challenge: LEAN Edition

*OLD SCHOOL RESULTS. NEW SCHOOL TWIST*

📅 Starts: April 18th
⏱ Duration: 6 Weeks

We’ve been listening to the feedback…
And we’re taking the Figure Camp Challenge back to what it originally was:

A hardcore, get lean transformation challenge

⚠️ Be warned:

This is NOT something you casually try.
This will take:

✔️ Full commitment
✔️ Structured meal planning
✔️ Time dedicated to workouts AND cardio

Here’s how it works

If you’re already in Figure Camp:
➡️ Your weight workouts will be adjusted
➡️ Expect different intensity techniques to push fat loss

If you’re in Boot Camp:
➡️ You’ll be adding 2 days of weight training to your routine

This is for people who want to:
Get lean fast
Push themselves to another level
See real, noticeable changes

"Over the past 4 years I have gained between 30 and 40 pounds. I don't know how it happened but it did. And nothing I did took off the weight until I started at VIP. Then I lost 18 pounds.

Then came a serious illness resulting in severe uncontrolled asthma and it was hard. I gained the weight back and I couldn't breathe. I was ashamed about how I looked and felt. I was ashamed that I felt miserable. Over time the asthma became better controlled and I went straight back to VIP. I lost 10 pounds in my first challenge and my goal is to lose 20 more pounds!

To anyone wanting to join, do it! Put the work in, follow the diet (no, you don't starve I promise) and you will lose weight and your body will reshape itself. The workouts are hard at first but they are fun and fly by. The staff are wonderful, fun, and really care that we succeed. My fellow boot campers are awesome, fun, motivate each other and are always positive. There is accountability and encouragement and I really needed both

Joining VIP changed my life.

"By doing the boot camp fitness program I was able to get in better shape and now able to do exercises I haven’t done in a couple of years and noticed my shape is locking better. I did with a friend to try and get in shape. I have told people about the bootcamp and what a change I’ve seen in myself and people have also noticed a change."
