Join VIP’s very own Caitlyn Post in this class that is designed to give you practical information you can actually use to better understand your body, your health, and the choices you make every day.

With guidance from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic charts, you’ll go through the visible markers on your ears, tongue, face, hands, nails, and eyes, and what they may reveal about your health.

Ready to lock in, stay accountable, and make some serious progress? 💪🏼 We’re kicking off a 6-Week Accountability Challenge at Mueva’s VIP Fitness + Mueva Fitness & Yoga!

📅 Info Meeting + Nutrition Seminar: September 12th
🚀 Challenge Starts: September 14th
⚖️ Weekly Weigh-Ins: Every Monday
🏁 Final Weigh-Ins: October 25th & 26th
🎉 Prizes: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place!

Whether you’re a current member or brand new to VIP, there’s a spot for you! This challenge is all about consistency, accountability, nutrition, and showing up for yourself. 🙌🏼

💰 Members: $80
💰 Non-Members: $230 (includes 2 months of unlimited bootcamp!)

“How does it work?”

You’ll sign up for the 6-week challenge and complete a weigh-in every Monday to stay accountable throughout the challenge. $30 is placed on your account as an accountability credit.

Each week that you gain weight, $5 will be deducted from that $30 credit. If you don’t gain weight, your $30 stays on your account and can be used toward a future purchase like supplements, a membership renewal, or other gym purchases!

Everyone, meet Nate! 👋🏼 We’re so excited to officially welcome him to the Mueva’s VIP Fitness team!

Nate has been a personal trainer for the past two years and brings a kickboxing background, tons of energy, and a love for challenging workouts to the gym. When he’s not coaching, he’s busy studying at Central Michigan University—and if you take one of his classes, be prepared for one of the most eclectic workout playlists around. 🎶🥊
