🩵 Announcement: It’s Not Goodbye, It’s See You Later. 🩵

After 5 years of classes, memories, laughs, sweat, tears, and so much joy, I will be pausing Heroic Mama Fitness classes. Could we come back in a different form? Maybe. Never say never!

At this time, with family commitments, school drop-offs, and lower class attendance, I have made the difficult decision to stop holding classes.

With that being said, I still plan to run, strength train, go for walks, and work out. I would love to share time together, just in a different way. Feel free to reach out!

If you ever came to a class, liked one of my posts, walked in the parade, came to my booth, left a review, told a friend, and supported me in any way, I am so GRATEFUL!

You made the last 5 years special and I will always hold on to the memories.

📆 A lot of fun classes coming in October!

Check the days, times, and location so you know where the workouts are happening. I am moving Thursdays classes back to Beachview so we can utilize the basketball court this month.

Our ANNUAL PUMPKIN 🎃 WORKOUT is also back on October 30! I can’t wait. We use pumpkins as weights and have so much fun!

We will also have a booth at the Harvest Festival this weekend. 🌾 I will have FREE mini classes at 12 & 3, plus discounts on passes and memberships, as well as a raffle! Come check it out!

Walks/runs are back too! Two options this month! 🚶‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️
