✨ USA Gymnastics National Congress 2026 ✨
What a successful weekend—jam-packed with learning, engaging, making connections, and growing as a coach. 🤸♀️📚
My goal has always been to help every athlete reach their fullest potential. It doesn’t matter how long I have them in the gym, what level they reach, or what their ultimate goal may be. Whether gymnastics becomes a lifelong passion, prepares them for another sport, or simply helps them become a hardworking, confident, self-disciplined individual in life—I want their time in our gym to make a difference.
Growing as a coach means continuing to learn, challenge myself, step outside of my comfort zone, and be willing to change my mindset and approach so I can better understand and meet the needs of every athlete who walks through our doors.
Because the truth is, every athlete is different. They all learn differently, develop differently, and are on their own unique path. But every single one of them deserves the same dedication, encouragement, opportunities, and belief in their potential. ❤️
A huge thank you to everyone who has believed in me and this program since day one. What we are building is so much bigger than gymnastics. It’s about creating a place where children can grow—mentally, physically, emotionally, and as individuals.
This dream has never been about me.
It’s about every gymnast who walks through my door—whether they are 2 or 18—and giving them the opportunity to become the very best version of themselves. 💛
I am proud of being from a small town. Not apologetic about it. I believe that small communities deserve big dreams, quality businesses, opportunities for kids, wellness resources, and people who are willing to invest in them.
I’m grateful for every athlete, family, coach, mentor, and person who continues to be part of this journey.
Always learning. Always growing. Always striving to be better for our athletes. 🤍✨
As a coach and business owner, there is one thing I can always promise. To give the athletes the very best of myself as a coach and mentor, and to always find ways to improve my coaching, the gym and our equipment (until I truly do run out of space).
Love always and tumble on,
Miss Jessica
