What’s up VFIT Family! I just wanted to encourage everyone to make sure you stay consistent with your exercise and healthy eating regimen while we finish the 3 plus months we have left in this year! You can still see the results you are looking for before this year is out! If you have been gone away for a while for whatever reason, don’t beat yourself up just come on back!! Let’s make a change before this year is out!! See y’all this week

What’s up VFIT Family! Sorry to announce this but our kid’s after school classes will be canceled for this school year! I appreciate all the kids and parents for participating this summer and last school year! Hopefully in the future I will start our fun sessions again! Thanks so much for y’all participation and have a great school year kids! I’m going to miss y’all!!!
