Enjoying the city of Cluj with our friends was amazing. The food was delicious, the city parks were spacious, clean, and filled with activity, and the people were all so kind.

Allow me to introduce one of the 2027 aaukaratenationalprogram Karate Athlete Ambassadors, Ava Bailey 🥋👏 Lori Bailey

Ava works tirelessly in and out of the dojo to improve her skills and those of her peers. She spreads her love of martial arts into all areas of her life including school work and elite travel soccer.

As an ambassador for the AAU Karate program this year she will represent her sport and dojo at many events.

Took a quick trip out to Columbus for the Klassic Kup Championship. Brian Greynolds is always the best husband for supporting me and pushing me to my best self, and being my personal driver 🥰. He's there to give me feedback and encouragement every step of the way, every day of the week.

This was a great opportunity to do some final clean up before Worlds next week, we got to see Sensei Hayes be an honored guest, and spend some much needed time with him.

🥇 1st in M/F BB 35+ Forms
🥉 3rd in M/F BB 35+ Weapons
🥈 2nd in M/F BB 18+ Forms Grands (came up short to a double sword CMX form)

Always honored to represent Team Revolution Karate and had the chance to compete against teammate Sen Gao. His whip chain is 🔥

Thank you Joey Castro for pushing my training. I feel stronger than I could have imagined being going into Worlds and whatever the results, I know I have given my all these last several months.

Bringing my best this year is going to take everything I have and more.

I'm rebuilding strength, endurance, and body mechanics with a new body structure that I'm still adjusting to.

Time is not on my side so everyday counts. Short training sessions are getting longer, gentle movements are becoming crisper, and speed and power are reigniting.
