A smaller, flexible, and sensory-friendly gymnastics class designed to help every child feel comfortable, supported, and successful. Perfect for children with autism, developmental delays, sensory sensitivities, or those who simply thrive with a little extra individualized attention.
With smaller class sizes, reduced stimulation, additional support, and the freedom to move at their own pace, children can build strength, balance, coordination, confidence, social skills, and body awareness through gymnastics, obstacle courses, sensory-motor activities, and play. 🤸♀️✨
