For those who participated in our first round of 'Name that Diver," and guessed 1972 Olympic Champion Micki King, you are correct!

Micki has been a trailblazer in so many ways. After breaking her arm with three dives to go in the 1968 Olympics in Mexico City (and still managing to place 4th!), she returned to the Games in 1972 to earn Gold on her final dive. Not only was Micki a diver, she is also a 26-year Air Force Veteran, a two-time NCAA Division II Coach of the Year, and one of the original founders of the Women's Sports Foundation alongside Billie Jean King, Donna de Varona, and Wyoma Tyus.

Micki has been a part of the Duraflex Family for many years, and we love taking this opportunity to celebrate everything she has accomplished and the doors she has opened for Women in Sport!
