Meet our newest instructor in our Wellness Center, Nikki!
Nikki is a lifelong athlete who discovered yoga after an injury required her to find low-impact movement. She quickly fell in love with the simplicity and versatility of the practice — the way it can be done anywhere, and how different styles of yoga can support different aspects of life.
As a teacher, Nikki creates thoughtful, accessible classes that meet students where they are, while fostering a sense of community and connection. She values guiding students to feel grounded, empowered, and present in their bodies, and is passionate about helping people cultivate both strength and ease on and off the mat.
