Last night was another great class. Jake came down and worked with us again on self-defense striking, and everyone had a blast and learned a lot!

Last night was a great class, Tristan and Jake came and taught gun & knife self-defense.
Tristan and Jake both work in law enforcement and will be teaching another class tomorrow night. We hope to see you there; it's a $10 drop-in fee, but you don't want to miss this.
Thank you, Tristan and Jake, for taking the time to teach us all. We are all looking forward to Thursday night!

We have something special planned for next week you won't want to miss! Bring a friend. Both classes start at 6:30pm, TUES June 16th and THURS June 18th.

Tristan and Jake, who work in law enforcement, will be teaching next week Tuesday and Thursday.

Tuesday's focus will be how to manage weapons while grappling and Thursday will be striking and striking defense while grappling.

We are very excited to learn from Jake and Tristan, they are passionate about passing on some knowledge about practical self defense in a low key fun environment.

Tuesday and Thursday are typically our Gi nights but the Gi won't be needed for these classes this week. Regular T-shirt or no GI attire will be perfect.

If you'd like to give Jiu Jitsu a try but the gi isn't your thing come on Monday or Wednesday.

Last night, Coach Eagle taught from the Kesa. It was another great class, thanks to everyone who showed up and put in the work.

We will be closed Monday, May 25th to observe Memorial Day.

On this day, we want to remember and pay tribute to all the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Their dedication and courage inspire us every day.

Jeffrey Eagle went over Kesa-Gatame yesterday in adult gi class. He will continue to cover techniques from this position next week. Come for adult gi Tuesday and Thursdays 6:30-8pm!
