Great news! ETHOS Yoga | Fitness is officially a LUMEBOX affiliate!

I (Sara) have been using a LUMEBOX for over a year now, after Mindy recommended it to me. Since that time, several of us have enjoyed the benefits and it’s time to make them even more accessible for our ETHOS community.

🖤 What is Deep Stretch?
• Flexibility-Focused. This is the class you come to when you want to improve your range of motion.
• Relaxing. The environment is calm, chill, and encourages plenty of room to breathe.
• Slow-paced. Poses are held for 1.5-5minutes, giving your muscles plenty of time to relax into the long holds and let go.

🖤 When is Deep Stretch?
• Sundays @ 4pm
• Wednesdays @ 7pm
• Saturdays @ 9:30am

And in JUNE, Saturday Deep Stretch takes on a new theme: Get your SPLITS on 😉 We will be working on the flexibility for half & full split, releasing excess tension in the hip flexors and hamstrings.
