A WEEKEND TO GO DEEPER INTO YOGA. ✨

We are incredibly honored to welcome Ben Kalra to MPower Yoga for a very special weekend of study, practice, philosophy, and reflection.

Yoga is so much more than the physical shapes we make on our mats.

It is a philosophy.
It is a relationship with the breath.
It is a practice of awareness.
It is the study of the mind.
And it is a way of moving through our lives with greater intention.

This weekend with Ben offers four opportunities to explore those deeper dimensions of the practice:

📖 THE YOGA SUTRAS OF PATANJALI
Saturday, October 17 • 12–3 PM
Rancho Cucamonga

Explore one of yoga’s foundational texts and consider how its teachings can inform the way we practice, teach, and live.

🕉️ THE BHAGAVAD GITA
Saturday, October 17 • 4–7 PM
Rancho Cucamonga

Dive into one of yoga’s most influential texts and explore questions of dharma, action, attachment, devotion, and living with intention.

🤍 RESTORATIVE YOGA: PROPS & ADJUSTMENTS
Sunday, October 18 • 12–3 PM
Claremont

Explore how thoughtful use of props, support, and adjustments can transform restorative practice and create a deeper experience of ease.

🌬️ MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA
Sunday, October 18 • 4–7 PM
Claremont

Turn inward through breath and meditation, exploring practices that cultivate awareness, presence, and a deeper relationship with the mind.

Four workshops. Two days. So many ways to deepen your understanding of yoga.

Come for one. Come for all four. Build your weekend around the areas of practice that call to you most.

And if you’ve been looking for an opportunity to step beyond the familiar and study yoga in a deeper, more meaningful way, this weekend is for you.

We can’t wait to learn alongside you. 🤍

MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA

Sunday, October 18 • 4–7 PM • Claremont

The practice doesn’t end when we stop moving.

In fact, some of yoga’s most profound practices begin there.

Join Ben Kalra for an afternoon devoted to meditation and pranayama—exploring the practices that invite us to turn our attention inward and develop a more intimate relationship with breath, mind, and awareness.

Pranayama gives us a doorway into the subtle dimensions of practice, while meditation asks us to become curious about the mind itself.

Together, they offer something that can be surprisingly difficult in our constantly stimulated world:

the opportunity to simply be.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down, breathe, listen, and explore practices that can become meaningful tools both on and off the mat.

Whether meditation is already part of your daily practice or you struggle to sit still for five minutes, there is something here for you.

Because yoga isn’t only about what we can do.

It is also about cultivating the capacity to observe, experience, and be present.

And if you want to make a full day of it, join us for Restorative Yoga from 12–3 PM, then stay for an afternoon of meditation and pranayama. A beautiful transition from supporting the body to exploring the breath and mind. ✨

RESTORATIVE YOGA: PROPS & ADJUSTMENTS

Sunday, October 18 • 12–3 PM • Claremont

Sometimes the most powerful practice is the one that asks us to do less.

Restorative yoga invites us to slow down, soften, and allow the body to be supported rather than constantly asking it to perform.

Join Ben Kalra for an immersive exploration of restorative yoga, props, and adjustments—and discover how thoughtful support can completely transform a student’s experience of a pose.

We’ll explore the art of using props intentionally, creating shapes that invite the nervous system toward greater ease, and offering adjustments that support rather than force.

For teachers, this is an opportunity to expand your toolkit and develop greater sensitivity around how, when, and why we support another person’s practice.

For students, it’s a chance to experience restorative yoga in a deeper and more intentional way.

Because sometimes a block, bolster, blanket, strap—or a well-placed helping hand—can be the difference between simply holding a shape and truly being supported within it.
