Hey Alumni, Parents, and Other Cool People In The ECCC Family!
Some of our MTB coordination team have some epic and amazing plans and trips coming up this fall. We’re so beyond excited for them, but we do need some extra hands at our races in 2025.

We’re looking for some people to come help us out in-person as event coordinators this season. We need 1-2 people at each event of the season.
Requirements/Potential Responsibilities:
- Be available for the full weekend
- Assist participants and spectators, including relaying questions to registration and/or Flyyn
- Assist with the registration process
- Assist with timing events
- Give instructions to marshals and coordinate where each marshal should go
- Help report medical or course incidents to professionals, and ensure other participants stay safe and don’t interfere with incident scenes
Pay: This is a paid position, in the ballpark of $100/day plus travel expense reimbursement. Limited, occasional opportunities to hop in a race may be available; any event entries will be free.
Desirable Candidates (absolutely not required):
- Experience in the ECCC Community
- Experience organizing, timing, or refereeing events
- Cycling competency
- Someone who can attend multiple weekends
- First aid, Wilderness First Responder, or other emergency medical training
- Takes responsibility seriously but has a relaxed attitude
Students, alumni, parents, and anyone else who is not racing MTB next season are welcome to apply for this position. Those racing MTB 2025 are welcome and encouraged to volunteer in other roles, however the responsibilities of this role are impossible to fulfill while also racing.
