🔥 Claremont Heat 12U – 2026–27 Season Tryouts / Player Interest 🔥

The Claremont Heat 12U travel team is looking for a few quality players and families to join us for the 2026–27 season. This is a special group preparing for an unforgettable trip to Cooperstown in Summer 2027. ⚾️

Team Schedule: • 2 practices per week • Weekday league game • Weekend games/tournaments 2–3 times per month
We’re building a competitive team with great teammates and supportive families who love the game and want to grow together.

When the Band Gets Back Together ⚾️💙

After officially retiring this past summer, these boys reunited for one last ride — a weekend tournament filled with old jokes, dirty cleats, and the same chemistry that made them special (missing one player and one coach).

No pressure, no rankings, just pure love of the game. Watching them back on the field together — diving, laughing, picking each other up — reminded us why we all fell in love with baseball in the first place.

Once a team, always a team. ⚾️

First tournament of the season for the 11U Heat. After a tough day yesterday in both games, they came back and battled today in three games to make it to the semi-finals where they fell a little short in a great game!

2025 Claremont Heat 12u

This is how it started. A handful of kids, most of which I had not even met before, just looking for a place to play when the world shut down.

Almost 5 years later, this is how it ended. Cooperstown, NY - All Star Village. Not just players and coaches, but a family. It’s not the original roster, but for the most part we stayed in tact, adding some key pieces along the way.

There was blood, sweat, tears, and every emotion you could think of along the way. Most importantly, there were memories and bonds formed that will always remain. We were just a small city team that competed with large travel ball organizations. We were gritty, tough, and always competed till the last out. Even in our final game together, we went down fighting! That’s who we were. Not the most talented. But a damn tough TEAM. Everyone played their role and had their moment. It was never just one guy.

Now we must all move on. Better than we were when we started. Better for the friends that we made. Better for the lessons that we learned. To each Heat player, family, friend, supporter, opponent, and observer. Thank you! You helped build us. And most importantly, thank you to baseball: for the life lessons you taught us as well as the joy and friendships that you’ve brought us.

The best of luck to our 12u players and families in their next adventure. It was a honor and a privilege.
