Discipline is the most difficult trait to develop, in young adults. It’ll take effort on the student, their parents, and the whole support system for that quality habit to develop.. or, it won’t.

The Quantum Flow squad leaves the Soaring Eagle event with a (1-1) team record. Chandler grappled great, and just out a little too much spin on his tilt, and ended up putting himself in a bad spot for the L. (Solid effort)

Evan came away with the only tech fall of the night, racking up a (15-0) score to bring home the hammer. We went through three different opponents in less than 24 hours, and are super thankful for the young man that stepped up on such short notice! Big thank you to the Mid Mitten team for being such warriors. 😊🫶🏼

Always a fun night when our students get the opportunity to grapple. Thank you Ward Walling, great event my man.

Productive morning of Jiu Jitsu for the squad.

Coach Sbardella got to spend some time fixing something with everyone in attendance’s attack sequence, today. 🤘🏼 Gaining more experience through repetition, and feeling out each attempt to get a deeper understanding of what makes it actually work.

We’re back tomorrow in the morning with Cheryl’s class at 10:00 AM. Hope you can make it!

Our young squad has actively competed with the other top youth programs in the state, for several years. This includes winning several regional team awards, and even some on the national level. (Out of state)
