Ok y'all! The time has come! William Reeves with Relief by Reeves will be at Express Fitness Clanton every Wednesday starting on June 7th. I am so excited to have him here. Below is a list of the therapies in his "toolbox" that he will be able to customize for each client at each visit to help with prehab (staying in top condition for your sport or activity), rehab of any of injuries or lingering issues from previous injury or just those tensed up muscles you just can't seem to get past. The sport stretch is also amazing if youre having flexibility issues. I've personally used him for around a year now and can attest to his abilities. My meet preps would not be the same without his magic hands and endless knowledge. Send him a DM for scheduling as I'm sure spots will fill quick. Fees are 60.00 for 30 minute sessions and 100.00 for hour sessions. His therapy times will be 7am till 7pm with before 9am and after 5pm by appointment only. IG info
