📢 FIELD USE REMINDER

We want to make sure everyone is aware of the City of Clanton’s rules regarding the use of the softball fields.

The Clanton Girls Softball fields are designated for CITY LEAGUE sports. If you are not practicing as part of a City League team and would like to use one of the fields for practice, you MUST rent the field through the Clanton Water Department before using it.

This is a CITY rule, not a CGS rule. Clanton Girls Softball does not make or control this policy nor get the money for these rentals.

Please keep in mind:

• Fields must be rented BEFORE practices begin.
• You must have your rental receipt/proof of rental with you while using the field.
• A police officer makes rounds daily to check field usage.
• If you are using a field without a rental, you will be asked to leave.
• A second occurrence may result in being trespassed from the property.

We hate for anyone to show up for practice and be asked to leave, so please make sure your coaches and teams are aware of the policy and have their field rental taken care of beforehand.

Congratulations to our 8U All-Stars on an incredible World Series run and a 3rd Place finish!

While we all know this tournament didn’t end the way we wanted it to, nothing can take away what this team accomplished. You represented Clanton with heart, grit, and determination every step of the way.

We are so proud of these players, coaches, and families!

Our 10U All-Stars are officially 2026 USA World Series Champions! 🧡💙

What a story this team has to tell.

Pool play didn’t go the way they hoped, but they never let that define them. They kept fighting, battled their way through bracket play, and after a loss to South Bibb, found themselves in the loser’s bracket with the long road ahead.

Most teams would’ve been done.

Not these girls.

They fought their way all the way back to the championship game, earned another shot at South Bibb… and beat them not once, but TWICE to bring home the 2026 USA World Series Championship! 👏🏽

That takes heart.
That takes grit.
That takes a team that refuses to quit.

Congratulations to our players, coaches, and families on an unforgettable World Series run. You proved it’s not about how you start, it’s about how you finish.

2026 USA WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a season. What a team. What an accomplishment!

Our Clanton 6U All-Stars finished the 2026 season with a PERFECT 21-0 record, going undefeated from start to finish and bringing home the USA World Series Championship! 🌎🥎

These girls showed heart, determination, teamwork, and grit every single time they stepped on the field. They never backed down from a challenge and proved that hard work truly pays off.

To our players, thank you for giving it your all every game. To our coaches, thank you for the countless hours you poured into these girls. And to our parents, families, and supporters,thank you for cheering them on every step of the way.

A perfect season.
An undefeated record.
A World Series Championship.

🥎💙🧡 WORLD SERIES BOUND! 🧡💙🥎

Before our three All-Star teams hit the road, we’d love to ask our Clanton community to help us cover these girls, coaches, and families in prayer.

Please pray for:
- Safe travels to and from the World Series
- Protection over every player, coach, and family
- Good health and safety all week
- Confidence and strength as they compete
- And some BEAUTIFUL weather… because we all know where rain gets us. 😂☔️ IYKYK.

No matter what happens this week, we couldn’t be more PROUD of our 6U, 8U, and 10U teams. The dedication, heart, hustle, and determination these girls have shown throughout this All-Star season has been incredible. Each team has earned their spot on this stage, and they’ve represented Clanton with pride every step of the way.

Now it’s time to finish what you started. Play hard, have fun, and leave it all on the field.
