There are 7 levels in cheer for a reason.

Each level is designed to help athletes develop the strength, technique, body control, confidence, and experience needed for the next stage of their journey. While it’s exciting to learn new skills and move up levels, long-term success is built through proper progressions, skill mastery, and strong foundations.

At Thunder Elite, we believe athlete development should always come before rushing to the next level. Our focus is on helping athletes grow safely, build confidence, and develop the physical and mental skills needed to succeed both now and in the future.

Strong athletes aren’t built overnight. They’re built through consistent training, proper progressions, and years of intentional development.

Every level has a purpose. Every step has value. 💜⚡
