6th grade girls locked in a W against a good West Linn team to win the championship.

These girls are so fun to watch. Everyone is getting better on the court and it shows!

Special thanks to for coaching our girls and leading them to victory! ✌️ We love having an extra voice on the court- and are so proud of the girls.

Keep working, grinding, and showing up in the gym. Your hard work is paying off ❤️🙂

This isn’t a fancy video with all the edits that you will see out there nowadays or the music that makes a video more fun. What it shows is consistency & dedication over time- and the sound of hard work in the gym. 🔥🔥🔥

Simple yet effective moves done over and over and over again.

Once again a parent came up to us after our games this weekend and asked us what we are doing in practices to get our girls to be able to dribble so well and handle the ball. Particularly, this parent commented on the bench players coming in and being better than most starters (with ball handling skills) on other teams 🔥🔥 This isn’t unique and we get multiple comments every tournament about our team’s fundamentals.

You want to know why?
It’s not a SECRET, yet most people won’t do it.

Doing the mundane, boring, fundamentals- that no one wants to do- takes time. It’s hard, it’s tedious, it’s tiring lol and takes often a lot of correction at first and of course valuable practice time.

Trainers who don’t focus on fundamentals shouldn’t be training. You are going to get the fancy pants trainers out there throwing random moves and things at your athletes, but if fundamentals are not taught at an early age..why practice the harder things in the first place?

You don’t just suddenly “have” fundamentals. You don’t wake up at 15 and suddenly be able to dribble the ball. It’s hours and hours in the gym, doing the same moves over and over.

That is what we do at & - focus on basics & fundamentals, the mundane and boring stuff so your CHILD actually gets better.

When new families come to our trainings they are blown away. Kids that have been playing for years, struggle and have to work through the new warmups we put our athletes through. But the struggle brings confidence later on and the ability to handle the ball in tough situations.

SPRING session is about to be here! We have training only days, Spring teams forming & tryouts- options to work with our amazing trainers & & plyos with .jeppe503

Send us a message or reach out on our website for more details.

Looking forward to Spring season ;) 🔥🏀🔥

Good weekend for our girls! :)

6th graders took the W in the championships! Got a 2nd chance to play the team we lost to by 1 point in the first game….and took care of business the 2nd. Lock down D, good shots, rebounding, & basketball IQ got it done ✅ 💪

In the 4/5 bracket our girls fought hard in the championship game. Great D, fundamental basketball, & court awareness lead them to a victory!

6th grade vs NW Select 40-28
5th grade vs Happy Valley 42-21

We are so proud of all of the girls.
Your heart, hustle, and hard work is showing! ❤️💪❤️

Saturday we locked in 🔥🔥🔥

6th graders score 107 points between 2 games & show grit, determination, growth, & lock down fundamentals.

It’s fun watching this crew. From the starters to the bench our girls can dribble, shoot, and use both hands. Every girl can bring the ball down the court and that’s how we like it.

They are getting better each week..

2 more games today!

We are so proud of you!! 🔥❤️🔥

You know what makes our team different??? 🔥🔥🔥 Fundamentals, fundamentals, fundamentals!!! By far the biggest compliment our program gets is that EVERY SINGLE GIRL can dribble, every single girl has fundamentals, and every single girl can score. 🔥🔥🔥

It’s not by chance that UG girls get compliments every day about this… Because our program puts in the work ! The boring mundane stuff that you have to do every single day… Is what really matters…every day…. 5 days a week…our girls are putting in the work! Sometimes more 😛

From our BIGS to our LITTLES… We have fundamentals!!! We train and DEVELOP girls :) All of our girls get better!

These girls are fun to watch. This is a little bit of the 5/6 grade combo played this weekend . Fell just short of the championship…But we are just getting started!! We are locked in and ready to play again!

Missing one girl here, but super proud of how our 7th graders FOUGHT hard and tough this weekend. They played a good 8th grade team and ended up playing them twice. First time we LOST - then 2nd time we LEARNED. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Congrats to the 8th graders GOLD I-5 shootout winners!!! This team is fun to watch. 😎

Let’s goooooo!
