There’s something about the final week of recital season that never gets old.

The studio starts feeling different.
The dances are finished. Costumes are hanging up everywhere. The little dancers are excited, the older ones are trying to hold onto every last moment, and somehow the countdown suddenly feels very real.

After months of rehearsals, long nights, and so much hard work, we’re finally here.

And as we wrap up our 15th season, we can’t help but feel thankful for every dancer, every family, and every person who has been part of Studio 109 along the way.

Now let’s make this last week one to remember.

Tonight, we’re celebrating some of our junior dancers who will be featured in special roles and solo moments in this year’s production.

There’s something incredibly special about watching young dancers begin to step into moments like these. The confidence they build, the excitement they carry, and the pride they feel walking onto that stage is something hard to put into words.

For many of them, this is one of those milestone years they’ll remember forever.

Over the last 15 years, one of the greatest gifts of this studio has been getting to watch children grow — not just as dancers, but as people. Tiny dancers become leaders. Nervous beginners become confident performers. And little by little, the next generation begins to find their place in the story too.

We are so proud of these kids and the heart they bring into every rehearsal, every late night, and every moment on that stage.

This weekend, they shine. ✨

Tonight, we’re celebrating more of the dancers who have helped shape Studio 109 over the years. These girls represent part of our upper-level program and the leadership, dedication, and heart that continue to pour into our studio season after season.

While only some of our dancers are pictured here, 70 dancers will take the stage with us this weekend — each one bringing something meaningful to our studio family and helping make this 15th anniversary season so special.

For 15 years, this studio has been built by kids who grew up here, friendships formed during rehearsals, families who supported the journey, and dancers who continued showing up year after year.

We are endlessly proud of every dancer who walks through our doors and so thankful to celebrate this milestone season surrounded by such an incredible group of students.

As we get ready for this weekend’s 15th anniversary recital, we wanted to recognize a few of our longest-standing dancers at Studio 109.

These girls have been here for years—putting in the work, showing up, and pouring into each recital along the way.

We’re really proud of them, and so thankful for the years we’ve had with them—it’s been something special getting to watch them grow into who they are now.
