With her permission, I’m super excited to introduce Lisa to y’all! Lisa has been consistently coming to Mat Pilates every week. Woo hoo! At first she was discouraged because she couldn’t do many of the exercises. However with her determination and commitment coming every week, I have gotten the privilege of watching Lisa grow in strength and confidence! The pictures below are of Lisa performing Rolling like a ball with modifications that are tailored to her needs. Lisa’s first session she couldn’t balance much less roll like a ball backwards, until these pictures!! As you can see we are both elated!! I want to encourage every single lady out there who has wanted to attempt Pilates but feels like it’s far out of their reach. You truly can do anything with God and determination. Lisa is proof of this! Way to go Lisa I couldn’t be more proud of you!
