The Atlanta SCW Mania was my biggest one yet…
✨ 8 sessions
👕 13 outfit changes
💪 Working the booth
❤️ And everything else in between!
Yep… my body (especially my left hip 😅) hates me a little right now, but my heart is absolutely FULL.
A huge thank you to everyone who made this weekend so special.
💖 Michele Park — thank you for trusting me to lead all four sessions for the SOUL Fitness Brands. Your confidence in me means more than you know.
💖 Ann Gilbert — thank you for your mentorship, guidance, and unwavering support.
💖 Sohailla Digsby — thank you for being the absolute best roommate! There was never enough time, but I loved every minute I got to spend with you.
💖 Heather Rhoads and Maria Fox — thank you for checking on me, encouraging me, and for all of your hard work and dedication throughout the weekend.
💖 Dan and Andrew — thank you for handling everything technical. You two are simply the best and somehow always have a solution ready before anyone even realizes there’s a problem.
💖 Shawn — thank you for keeping everything organized and running so smoothly.
And finally…
💖 Sara Kooperman — thank you for continuing to create opportunities through SCW Mania that bring this incredible fitness community together.
Life looks so much different than it did a year ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Ann, Sara, and Michele… thank you for seeing me. That feeling is something I will never take for granted. 💖
Being on stage and sharing my passion for SOUL, S.E.A.T., S.E.A.T. Beats, and now WIM fills my cup in a way I can’t fully describe. Watching faces light up, helping others discover their own passion, and making a positive impact is exactly why I do what I do.
This entire weekend…
✨ I was LIT UP. ✨
One class.
One 7:30 a.m. Saturday time slot.
One moment I’ll never forget.
I’ll be honest… I was in my head before this class. I kept thinking the early time, combined with everyone already being exhausted from Friday, would mean a small turnout.
Then people just kept walking in.
They showed up.
And together, we created something truly special.
I can honestly say I gave everything I had in that SOUL Mashup class. Every ounce of energy, passion, and love I have for what I do was poured into those 75 minutes. It was, without a doubt, the best class I’ve taught to date.
When class ended, I was surrounded by hugs, kind words, compliments, and so much love. Every conversation reminded me why I do this.
After everyone left, I packed up my things…
…and I cried happy tears.
Not because the class was over, but because in that moment I realized just how far I’ve come.
A year ago, life looked so different. This weekend reminded me that healing, growth, and purpose can all exist together.
To everyone who walked through those doors at 7:30 on a Saturday morning—thank you. You didn’t just fill the room… you filled my heart.
I’ll remember that class for a very, very long time. 💖
Thank you, Atlanta. Until next time! 💖
Next up? DALLAS!
