We’re looking at making some upgrades to the gym and want honest input from YOU

If you were prioritizing improvements, what would you want to see FIRST?

Here’s what we’re considering:
• Cable machine (more exercise variety + functional training)
• Updated squat rack with more versatility
• More mirrors
• Sauna

We’d love for you to rank these from 1–4 (1 being most important).

Also—if you’re not currently a member, what would actually make you JOIN a gym? Be honest. Equipment? Atmosphere? Classes? Something else?

We can’t do everything at once, so your input really matters as we decide what to invest in next.

We’re opening our doors throughout December for holiday shopping. Since we’ve been closed for most of the year except for pop-up days, this is a chance to come in, browse, and finish your gifting without having to leave town.

Check the posted Holiday Hours image for the open dates and times. We appreciate the support and look forward to seeing everyone this month.

Thru the summer I will be at the store Wednesdays 10 to 5. For new gym members, renewals, and I still have Store items. I will be downstairs working mostly but there is a sign on the desk with a button that rings a door bell for me downstairs, please push it if you need anything

This page will be switched over to mostly a Gym members info page. I will post options for office rentals and pop up shop info.

The Store is officially Closed. I will be doing a few pop up shop days through the rest of the year. But I am moving the last of the inventory to the back room.

While the store front is closing this does NOT mean I am done with 41 Grains, it just means I am focusing my attention to it. Between running the store, gym, 41 Grains, the airbnb and our farm with 2 small kids still at home something had to change. But 41 Grains is going strong and continues to grow. We are very excited for some big changes we are working on to make it even better this year, but with growth means more work and I may act like I can do it all but I certainly can not.

The front corridor will be open so Gym members or those interested in the gym can stop in and grab paperwork.

Once everything is moved around the doors will be open for thru traffic whenever someone is there for Praire Abstract and Farm Bureau.

I am moving my office downstairs, there will be a sign with a door bell attached please ring bell for assistance. If the sign isn't there I am not in the building or am unavailable.
Thank you all for the support over the last 5 years in the store and all the things that come and gone with it. I am very excited for the next part of this chapter growing and focusing on our 41 Grains business as well and being more present for my kids and husband, really being able to set my own hours as a self-employed business owner. 😊

1. The front store space (approximately 16 by 14) $450
2. Store Backroom $300 (it is open and doesn't have a door 16 by 12)
3. Regular Office room (no window) 10 by 20 $375

Willing to reduce rent for cleaning and help with gym & memberships.

Utilities Included city (garbage & water), electricity (electric heat and cooling), and snow removal.
