It wasn’t exactly the result we were hoping for, but a fun first weekend of the summer baseball season, nonetheless. Gave up a cheap win on a “Drop Dead” time limit on Friday night, despite having the bases loaded and nobody out with the tying run on third base. Oh well. Fought back and enjoyed a solid comeback win on Sunday morning. Got excellent pitching from seven different players and the overall Baseball IQ is improving every day with these young men.

The LOOKOUTS are a not-for-profit 14U baseball team based out of Cinnaminson, NJ.

This baseball team and experience will be markedly different from what you're currently experiencing, with a strong emphasis on comprehensive player development. Unlike other programs, our team includes specialized weightlifting sessions designed to build strength and agility, alongside dedicated individual pitching and hitting sessions to hone specific skills. These components are all part of your fee, ensuring no hidden costs. Our goal is to teach players the fundamentals of the game while consistently challenging them to improve. This approach not only focuses on the basics but also pushes each player to reach their full potential through personalized and intensive training.

With over 30 years of coaching experience leading the way, the boys will learn to play the game of baseball the right way. Practices will be strategically planned to maximize reps, while the team practices by itself. There will not be 25-40 players sharing the field or facility during our practices and workouts.

Plans for the upcoming season include:
- Fall (September - October) practices two nights per week and approximately 10-15 games.
- Winter workouts (January - March) will be held at Mavericks Training Facility in Moorestown two nights per week with paid trainers/coaches. Players will work on hitting and strength & conditioning, as well as fielding and pitching.
-Summer play will begin approximately June 1 and will consist of 40-45 games, including 7-8 tournaments. Season will conclude in early August.

* Players are expected to attend all three tryouts, unless coaches and evaluators have been notified.
