Presidents' Day Rush - Futsal Tournament

It's going to be an awesome Presidents' Day Rush on Feb 16th! We have 192 teams, 29 divisions (really like 29 unique tournaments), 316 games, using 20 courts from 8:30-5:00pm.

Thanks for your patience on the schedule. With more teams and more scheduling conflicts than ever to try to avoid, this one was extremely challenging. If your coach has two teams playing at the same time, please them out! It was impossible to avoid all game conflicts since some divisions had conflicts with 5 other divisions. We were able to shrink the conflicts from 60 in the first draft of the schedule to 30 in the current version without drastically altering very many start or end times.

We posted a draft of the schedule today. There were a lot of coach conflicts we tried to avoid but we still ended up with a lot - 60 to be exact. So expect some changes over the weekend but general time frames should stay fairly consistent.

New version just went live. We were able to add 2 more courts so nobody has to kick off before 9am and only 4 teams will play past 5pm. There were a couple unavoidable coaching conflicts, but hopefully those coaches can find some help. That's 244 games on 16 futsal courts, folks!
