We are designed with harsh midwest conditions, snow, terrain, and most of all people, in mind. Skiing is not just a sport for soft powder on blue sky days. Its cold, its icy, sometimes it rains, sometimes, we have to be out... Why? Because we love the sport. We play in our own backyards, at small ski hills with snow-guns and pump houses and mud lined trails... Not cuz we have to, because we want t

o, because we need to. Any one can ski the perfect conditions out west... Only a true Mortal can ski the mid west.

Titanal is a Aluminum Alloy (7075 T6 for the nerds in the room) that has been used in ski construction. It dampens the ride, adds rebound energy, and allows for more versatile flex pattern.

This is the holy grail in ski construction and VERY hard to acquire... Right now, it’s even more difficult since space X and Boeing have bought essentially all the available 7075 T6 on the market.

This is a picture of a roll of Titanal in my truck... what can we do with it??? More to come...

It’s been an interesting couple years... COVID first put a beat down on the ski areas, then it kept its pimp hand strong and put a beat down on industry, making most materials unavailable. Because of this, Mortal Ski Company went into hibernation for a bit. Slowly... very slowly, were starting to get our hands on some materials and were finally able to wake up the ole’ ski press and get a few builds in!

We may be down but we are far from out! More cool s**t to come very soon... like FIS racing and big mountain ski designs!

If you’re interested in a new pair of skis or snowboard, let us know...
