Your personal energy is your greatest asset yet rarely are we taught how to harness it, let alone respect it.

Three insights:
1️⃣ Energy is supposed to fluctuate.
2️⃣ Recognizing that everything is energy is a helpful place to grow awareness. Your physical energy, emotional energy, mental energy, intellectual energy, spiritual energy are your resources. They refill and deplete differently.
3️⃣ Your main energy source today might be different than tomorrow.

A reminder that someone else’s actions don’t have to become evidence of your worth.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause before we react. Get curious. Notice what’s coming up within us. And remember the journey that brought us here.

For me, staying connected to a beginner’s mind helped me move from defensiveness toward curiosity, empathy, and advocacy.

We can honor our experiences without letting them define the present moment.

Burnout Revival. 💚 Time passed and energy flowed alongside the river. Together we gathered on the foundation of love and sat in the pockets of grief, making space for the full spectrum of life to move through, returning to PLAY to close our day.
