Shoutout to our first group of athletes in the WIPP research study! ⚽️ We've already seen an improvement in drop jump biomechanics, which reduces knee injury risk! And zero knee injuries so far this season for the team! 💪 More updates coming as we continue to enroll more athletes in our warm up for injury prevention and performance study 🌟

2) complete assessment
3) access WIPP program from “plan” tab at bottom
4) access PDF copy of the WIPP in the “resources” tab I. The WIPP plan
5) access put exercise library with all the Sportsmetrics jumps, exercises and drills
6) “packages for sale” tab gets you access to our store for purchasing sport specific plans and programs

Sneak peek into what goes into training athletes in the Sportsmetrics Warm Up for Injury Prevention & Performance (WIPP) program.

WIPP is a warm up program specifically designed to reduce injury risk and enhance performance through a mix of dynamic stretching for mobility, jumps to enhance neuromuscular control, strength exercises to activate muscles and agility and speed work to facilitate a quick transition into practices and games.
