It’s been a little while since I’ve made a post I took some time to reset, refocus, and redirect.

But as I step into my own 20-week bodybuilding prep, I want to help someone else transform right alongside me!

The winter months bring darker nights, colder mornings, and less motivation it’s so easy to fall into that winter slump.

We still have 63 days left in 2025. That’s 63 opportunities to build momentum, discipline, and confidence before the new year even starts.

Exciting changes are coming to BFit with BPit.

I’ve been working hard behind the scenes on a major upgrade to how I serve my clients and while I’m not ready to share all the details just yet, I will say this: it’s going to open new doors.

This next step will allow me to support more people in a more personalized, flexible way whether you’re local or not. Current clients: if you’ve ever had someone ask about working with me, you’ll want to pay attention in the weeks ahead.

For now, just know that growth is happening and I can’t wait to bring you along for the next chapter.
