To ensure a fun, safe, and productive experience for everyone, please review and follow these policies:
💳 Payment & Registration
Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your spot. Payments are non-refundable, but with 24-hour notice, one reschedule is allowed (based on availability).
🕒 Cancellations & Reschedules
Please give at least
24 hours’ notice for any cancellation. In case of thunder, lightning, or unsafe weather, lessons will be rescheduled.
🩱 What to Bring
Swimsuit, towel, and goggles (optional, but recommended). Please apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before lesson time. A parent or guardian must remain on-site for children under 10.
📍 Arrival & Pick-Up
Arrive 5 minutes early to get ready so we can start on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened lessons, as we stay on schedule for all students.
💦 Pool Rules
No running, rough play, or diving in shallow areas. Children must listen to instructor directions at all times. If your child is not feeling well, please skip the lesson and notify me.
📸 Photos & Social Media
Occasionally, we take photos for promotional purposes. Please let me know if you prefer your child not be included.

💳 Payment & Booking
Full payment is required at booking to secure your lesson time. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. You may request to move your lesson, but rescheduling is only allowed if we can fill your original time slot.
⛅ Weather Policy
Lessons will continue in light rain. If thunder, lightning, or dangerous weather occurs, we will reschedule for safety. We do not reschedule for cool or cloudy weather unless it’s unsafe.
🩱 What to Bring
Swimsuit, towel, and optional goggles. Apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before your lesson.
🕒 Arrival & Timing
Please arrive 5 minutes early to get ready. If you arrive late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time to stay on track for other swimmers. If your child is sick, please notify us — but the same reschedule policy applies.
📸 Photos & Media
Occasionally, we take pictures for social media or promotional use. Let us know if you do not want your child included.
