Reminder that my Monday class has now moved to Thursdays! Same time just different day!

Can’t wait to see everyone this Thursday 6/7 for my first (Thursday) class back after having Ev!

P.S there may be a little guest present beforehand so you don’t want to miss it 😊😊

I have officially been cleared to start working out again!

I plan to start off as the student again and attend some classes as a participant. My goal is to get back to teaching beginning in May!
