🔹 Use a HEPA air purifier in high-dust rooms

🔹 Use refillable household products instead of single-use plastic containers

🔹 Drink filtered tap water when possible instead of bottled water

🔹 Bring reusable produce bags for fruits and vegetables

🔹 Avoid synthetic air fresheners and choose natural alternatives

🔹 Use wool dryer balls instead of dryer sheets

🔹 Choose cotton, linen, and wool fabrics instead of polyester

🔹 Store pantry foods in glass jars instead of plastic containers
