🎳 WE’RE HIRING: BOWLING MANAGER

Strike and Spare Western Bowl | Cincinnati, Ohio

Can you make a first-time guest feel welcome, get a group excited about bowling, and build relationships that keep people coming back? We’re looking for a Bowling Manager who can bring that energy to our team.

This is a hands-on role focused on taking care of bowling guests, supporting our leagues, recruiting bowlers, and creating a fun entertainment environment.

What you’ll do:

• Make every bowling guest feel welcome and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Work closely with league officers and bowlers to keep leagues organized and running smoothly.
• Recruit new bowlers and teams while keeping existing participants engaged.
• Develop new leagues for different ages, interests, schedules, and skill levels.
• Create open bowling promotions, themed nights, and events that give people a reason to visit.
• Connect with local businesses and community groups to introduce more people to bowling.
• Work with management and staff to turn ideas into well-run experiences.
• Track participation and results to help grow bowling revenue and repeat business.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who is personable, organized, creative, and comfortable taking initiative. You should enjoy talking with guests, promoting programs, following through on details, and helping create an atmosphere people want to be part of.

Bowling and league experience is preferred. Experience in guest service, sales, hospitality, or event coordination is also valuable. Evening and weekend availability is required.

We will be gathering in the restaurant area behind lanes 17-20. We will have a space for you to mingle and catch up. Even if you are not participating in bowling come up to see Mr Robb.

ATTENTION ALL Bradley Open Bowlers and Page Followers we are excited to announce the dates for the 2027 Bradley Open which will be Feb 12th - 14th 2027 !

This will be our second year hosting the event at Strike & Spare Western Bowl !!!
