Country Fit is a program that will give you cardio and strenght training, so you can be fit for anythings.Bad backs and sore knees no problem. WE power walk ,ride bikes,jog,lift weights s,use bands,have running class, train youths and we have our own country diet that works , shed up 20 to 60 lbs and have fun doing it in our classes or personal training .

County Fit have a opening in person al training sessions $40 per session (you can split it up 3 ways) must be fully vaccinated, times available Monday Wednesday and Friday at 5 pm also some at Tuesday and Thursday at 2 pm

No Mask ...No Problem In June Country Fit will be a fully Vaccinated Gym , so if you are vaccianted and looking for a place to train, bring your vaccianated card and check us out . We are starting New classes on tuesdays and thursdays @ 7 pm and a Power Camp class ( a bootcamp with balls ) on saturdays @ 7:30 am Need personal training no problem we are ready! ( for person who cant receive the vaccine because of medical reason we will set time a side for you)
