The end of a very special, rewarding chapter is around the corner. This Thursday, 12/30, is our studio's final class - after 4 years, 8 months and a handful of days. Oh, if these walls could talk! SO many special memories & friendships that will live on๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š As mantra states, "we live to evolve..." Perhaps this is the ultimate evolution. All good things do (must at some point) come to an end.

We exit with fondness for every opportunity we had to make someone's day a little better; to help someone discover strength they didn't know they had; to be a safe space among the chaotic world around us. This was so much more than a fitness studio. It's where one girl's dream came true because a remarkable community of women believes and gave it life. On behalf of our entire team, it was truly an honor & a privilege๐Ÿ’ž

Before Christmas, this bada$$ group got together to manifest some major holiday spirit - via DANCE๐Ÿ’ƒ How could anyone not be compelled to shake & move to Mariah's Xmas album?!

This evening meant so much on a lot of levels. It was an unofficial reunion of former instructors. The energy; the smiles & laughter; it was everythingโœจ A HUGE thank you to Chrissy & Dana for their choreography & leadership! So proud of what this "gang" is capable of and has done together in the past 1,700 days. No one can ever take that away from us๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š
