Join On My Mat Yoga, 1309 E. McMillan on Saturdays:
9-10am Lengthen & Strengthen on the mat, or
10:30-11:15am Chair Yoga

Or join us Weds for 45 minute Lengthen & Strengthen.

First class is $5. We're on the second floor of an old Carriage House where you'll look out at the trees and sky during your practice. Good for the blood pressure!

With the temporary closing of Woodburn Brewing, I'm sorry to say that the free outdoor yoga classes at Woodburn Gardens are cancelled.

I hope to see you at the studio at 1309 E. McMillan, in the Carriage House second floor, where we can look outside the windows at the treetops and sky and sometimes practice on the front lawn.

Classes are Weds, 5:30-6:15pm and Sat., 9:45-10:45am.
