Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! 90% of what you ingest should be organic vegetables. Start juicing daily or at minimum 3 to 4 days a week. There is no such thing as breakfast food! There’s just nutrient rich and nutrient poor foods. KB p.s thanks Tamar Tafari for building! Breaking Fast technical refers to that period of time between our last energy upload until we feed the system again the next day. That is breaking fast! We should break fast with food that positively charges the system!
