It's that time of year!!

We have a big weekend ahead! CFF is proud of all of their athletes participating in the Flying Pig festivities. You guys have trained hard and put in all of the work, time to let it shine. The CFF family is cheering you through every mile.

Special client shout out!!

I can't believe this is the same star CFF first met in July of 2019. Maya started training at CFF in the summer before her sophomore year in high school. She is now in her senior year at Duquesne! Watching her transformation not only as an athlete and scholar but also as a strong, confident woman leaves us speechless. Can't wait to see not only what the rest of this season holds but also the next steps in her career.

Keep pushing, Maya! CFF is behind you 110%!!

*Currently sits first for NCAA Divison 1 athlete this season at 10 goals

* Currently tied for the Duquesne single season record for goals

Check it out!!!

In case you didn't know, the trainers at CFF absolutely love to join our clients on their endeavors! Of course, we love to see you in the gym, but we love it even more when we get to see you doing the things you love. As you might have guessed, we love some of the same things! And at the end of the day, THIS IS WHAT YOU TRAIN FOR, and we like to see all of your hard work pay off.

Big shout out to triathlete, Dan Fleshour! Coach Lynda was excited to join him as he completed his first run with the Cleves Time Trial Series. Dan is in full taper mode as he gets ready to race Ironman Lake Placid in less than 2 weeks. If you see him in the gym, wish him the best. He is heading in strong!!

Focus and consistency will lead to improvement every time!

Rhea has been training at CFF for almost 2 years, and to watch her development as an athlete, both on and off the court, is truly something special!

Coach Lynda had the absolute pleasure to witness this firsthand at her recent tournament. Rhea continues to grow in confidence in everything she touches. Her work ethic and drive mean this is just the beginning. We can't wait to see where this girl is going to go!

Grace has a passion for movement and sports. Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis at just two years old, she grew up as a competitive gymnast and diver, spending countless hours flipping and twisting. It wasn’t until she paused her athletic pursuits to attend college that Grace discovered her true passion. Majoring in “Exploratory Sciences,” she soon transitioned to Exercise Science after taking just one health promotion class. Through this journey, she realized how much these elements could benefit her body and autoimmune condition, allowing her to significantly reduce her reliance on medication. Grace’s passion lies in helping individuals feel their best and live life to the fullest. She feels a deep calling to work with the geriatric population, empowering them to discover newfound strengths and improve their quality of life.

Did you know????

As trainers, we are not just interested in your training in the gym, but your hobbies as well!!

So many of you have shared your interest in pickleball, that we thought we would give it a try! You guys even gave us paddles to get started!

Now we want to give back too! We have enjoyed the opportunity to share time with some you on the court! Interested in playing with us? Just ask your trainer! We love to meet on Sunday evenings, and spend time with you! Lynda, Paul, and Grace might not be on the world tour, but we enjoy trying! Hahaha! Hope to see you soon!
