I am extremely excited about this opportunity to become a part of the nationally recognized Firecrackers organization based out of Southern California.
The mission of Firecrackers is "to provide a level of training to our players that ensures the highest level of social and athletic development and growth playing the game professionally, having self-respect, and respecting others are the core values that this program was built upon. Being a Firecracker means you understand that you are beautiful, certain of yourself, and very capable of playing this game. Most importantly, you are striving to make the decisions that will provide you happiness for the rest of your life."
Starting fall we are going to be building a strong, competitive 12U Team (2011- birth year) based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Right now, we are the one and only 12U Firecracker team in the State of Ohio.
The mission of my coaching staff is to develop each player physically and mentally in order to compete at the highest levels of the game. We are going to work with each athlete and their families to start leading them in the right direction for recruitment. Our team is going to embrace the Firecrackers history, culture and the "play with honor" motto.
My Coaches and Assistants are teaching the same fielding, throwing, hitting and other techniques developed and taught by the Firecrackers in Southern California. This ensures our girls are given the opportunity to learn a proven system used all over the US.
Coaches, parents, and players all have free access to our Firecrackers On Demand video library of 100's of hours of teaching content. All teachings are standardized across all teams.
Firecrackers has placed girls in college with over 100 million in scholarships so far.
