📢Exciting NEW News!!!

❄️Winter is coming and we are getting all set to move back indoors, with an EXCITING twist this year.... Can you guess it!?⚽️🥅

🏀We will be returning to Fairfield Church of Christ in their gymnasium on Tuesdays✔️

⚽️AND on Thursdays we will head to the brand NEW Cincinnati Soccer Box indoor soccer facility!!✔️

‼️It is right across from Summit Park...and... they will be offering soccer training classes to the kids while we SLAM✔️

Does it get better than that!? Be sure to keep an eye on the FULL schedule on PushPress and at the top of this group. Details on signing up for soccer are in the comments! We can’t wait! My kids are stoked!!!

1 0 0 times loading the stroller and weights, 1 0 0 times getting the kids fed and out the door, 1 0 0 times getting set up at the park, 1 0 0 times running harder than you thought you could, lifting heavier than you thought you could, and pushing harder than you thought you could. 1 0 0 times showing up for yourself, knowing that means your showing up for your health, your family, your friends and your responsibilities as a stronger and more grounded version of yourself.

🗓️ Mark your calendar mamas! This years PUMPKIN SLAM is scheduled for Tuesday, October 14th! Class is at 9:30am. Make sure your kiddos dress in clothes that can get messy because after you’re done using that pumpkin as your weight, the SLAM kids will paint them! 🎨
