Our Adult Fitness Program is designed for busy parents like you:

Whether you squeeze it in after drop-off or carve out time just for you, we’re here to help you build strength, boost energy, and feel your best.
Our adult fitness classes will start 9/3/25 and run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday @ 6:15 AM. The classes will be 60 minutes long and will cover strength, cardio, and mobility. As the Adult Fitness program grows, we will add more classes to accommodate the demand. Coach Michael will be heading up the adult fitness program.
