3 Things I’ll NEVER Do as a Life & Leadership Coach
After 8 years in this work and helping over 1,000 people transform their lives, I’ve learned what actually moves the needle and what keeps us stuck.
Here’s what I’ll never do:
1. Punish myself when I fall short. Self-punishment doesn’t create change, it perpetuates the same cycle of hate and conflict we’re trying to heal in the world. Compassion is the only real catalyst for growth.
2. Chain myself to my past. The moment you over-identify with who you were, you box yourself in. Your history informs you, but it doesn’t define your capacity for what’s next.
3. Process my problems exclusively with AI. Not every relationship is designed to hold your deepest work. Real transformation requires intentionality in how we speak to ourselves, how we honor our journey, and what we invite into our process. A computer isn’t a human being.
What’s one pattern you’ve had to unlearn on your own growth journey?
