Renegades Fastpitch Softball 12U/14U/16U/18U Travel Softball Organization It is currently now overseen by the current CNS Varsity Softball Coach Morgan Nandin.

HISTORY:
The Renegades organization, founded in 1986, is a highly competitive softball program fielding a combination of teams at the 12U, 14U, 16U, & 18U age levels in the Central NY area. For the majority of our history, the program has been lead by the extremely successful and now retired CNS Varsity Softball coach Kerry Bennett. is proud to have achieved: State Champions, Eastern National ASA 12U Runner Ups, Eastern National ASA 14U Champions, countless local tournament championships and, most importantly, a host of Division I, II, III student athletes. PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY:
The Renegades is committed to developing high quality young female athletes through our highly competitive softball teams. We emphasize character and commitment to self-improvement through hard work, positive attitude, effort and teamwork. All players will be given the opportunity to improve their skills both individually and as part of a team committed to the goal of winning the “right way”, through practicing and playing hard while learning to show respect for themselves, their opponents and the game. COMMITMENTS:
This is a year-round program that requires a commitment from both the players and their parents. Practices will be held throughout the entire year. Each team is independently financed by the players and their parents, and will estimate their own budget, so this amount will vary. Fundraising is a key requirement for all athletes and their parents to assist in covering the operating expenses. Travel schedules will vary from year to year including both in-state and potentially out-of-state tournaments.

Renegades Fastpitch is looking for coaches. We are looking for people who are truly invested in coaching and not just a paycheck. Looking to develop athletes and teach or keep the love of the game instilled. For those who maybe done playing and looking for what’s next and maybe had some great or fun coaches during your playing days, maybe you have thought about helping out, getting involved and sharing your knowledge to some young players coming up. If that is you and you are interested in coaching or asst coaching this next season starting in the fall or maybe even after school next summer send us a PM we would love to talk. We are looking for coaches interested in levels 12U-18U. We are looking for individuals who want to make a positive impact and help with the journey and development more than the records. So if you’re interested in coaching or know someone who maybe interested send us a PM. This also especially includes our former Renegade Players or coaches.

16U looking to add 1 more pitcher. If you haven’t found the right fit and are still looking where you can be apart of a team that will give significant opportunity to pitch but also not put all the pressure in needing every game, and play 6/7 competitive tournaments including showcases and a league night in summer. Renegades 16U traveled down to Frozen Ropes in Chester,NY this weekend. Went undefeated in pool play securing the #1 seed and finished undefeated on Sunday with a 20-16 Battle against a great NJ Fire team. These girls played amazing! 5 home runs and a GrandSlam throughout the weekend.
