Sunrise to Sunset is happening TOMORROW at McAllister Park! Teams are ready, the course is set, and now it’s time to get everything packed and prepare for 12 hours of miles + fun.

📍 McAllister Park — Pavilion 5
⏰ Team check-in + setup begins at 6 AM
🏃 First lap: 7 AM
🌅 Finish: 7 PM

☀️ COME PREPARED!

DO BRING:
💧 LOTS of water + electrolytes
⛺ Pop-up tent/shade + chairs
🍌 Snacks, meals + fuel for the day
🧴 Sunscreen
👟 Extra socks/shoes + dry clothes
🧊 Cooling towels, fans, ice, etc.
📣 Friends & family to cheer you on!

PLEASE DON'T:
🚫 Bring grills
🚫 Blast loud music — we're sharing the park
🚫 Save spaces for teammates who haven't arrived

And remember — Texas in August is gonna Texas. 🥵 Hydrate EARLY and plan to carry hydration on your loops as the day heats up. “It’s only a mile” hits a little different at 2 PM. 😂

🔥 LAST-MINUTE RUNNERS — YOU CAN STILL JOIN US!

Grab a team and register on site tomorrow morning.

OR, if you don't have a team or can't commit to the full 12 hours, we're adding a $25 solo AMLAP (as many laps as possible) option. Show up, register, and run/walk as many miles as YOU want. Stay for 2 hours, 6 hours... or accidentally stay all day because now you're emotionally invested. 😂

Team or solo. Fast or slow. Come challenge yourself, hang out with some great people and see how many miles you've got in you.

Sunrise to Sunset is TOMORROW and it’s officially time to get those tents, coolers, running shoes, snacks and questionable amounts of caffeine ready. 😂

A few important race-day reminders:

⏰ 6:00 AM — Team check-in begins
⛺ Start setting up your team tents at 6 AM
🏃 7:00 AM — FIRST LAP BEGINS!
🌅 Then we run, rest, tailgate and repeat until sunset!

Check in with your teammates tonight, hydrate, get some sleep and COME READY FOR A FUN DAY. 🙌

And for all you last-minute people… 👀 YES, you can still join us! We’ll have on-site registration available tomorrow morning. Grab your people and come do something a little crazy with us. 😂

Sunrise to Sunset is THIS SATURDAY and I am getting ridiculously excited to see this crazy/fun idea that we had actually come to life. 🌅🏃‍♀️🍻

If you’ve been watching our posts thinking, "That actually looks really fun…” — THIS is your sign to stop watching and get a team together. 😂

This isn’t your typical race. It’s 12 hours of running + teamwork + tailgating + seeing just how many miles your crew can rack up.

The idea: Run. Rest. Repeat. Tailgate in between. 😂

☀️ Saturday, August 15 | 7AM–7PM

👟 1-mile loop
🤝 Grab a team and decide how YOU want to tackle the day
⛺ Set up your team area with tents, chairs, food & drinks
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Bring your family and friends
🏃 Keep someone from your team moving on the course
🏆 At 7PM, we see how many total miles your crew stacked up!

You do NOT have to be the fastest runner or walker. You don’t have to run 12 hours straight. You just need a crew willing to challenge themselves, have a ridiculous amount of fun, and see what you can accomplish together while you stay moving.
