Finalists in a hard fought day on the diamond! It was a 105 degree heat index but that didn't slow down these girls!!! They went 3-1-1 on the day with great pitching, fielding and bats hotter than the heat index outscoring their opponents 47-14! We couldn't be more proud of these girls and their efforts. We can't wait to see what the fall holds for these girls. Way to bring the Thunder!!! 🥎🩵🧡🩵🧡🥎

Sometimes it takes just a little bit more than hard work and talent to win a ball game. These girls had so much support from another team that it helped to propel them past the number 1 seed into the championship game. Some things are bigger than the game. These Hawkins County teams rallied together in support of one another to prove that they are much tougher together. Thank you Syngery family. It has been a pleasure sharing the field with you all year long, all the way to sharing the dugout in a much needed victory 💙🧡 💚🖤
