What a day! 🤪

We spent the last 9 hours in the barn reorganizing the hay room and tack room. There was a time when I could do this kind of work all day long and bounce right back. These days? Not so much! 😂

I’m definitely feeling every minute of those 9 hours, but I have to admit—the end result was worth it. Everything is cleaner, more organized, and so much easier to access.

Now let’s just hope we don’t decide to rearrange it all again anytime soon! 🐴💪🚜

🐴 SPRING ACRES HORSE RIDING LESSONS 🐴

We are excited to welcome a limited number of new riders to Spring Acres!

Our riding program is designed for riders who already have experience and are looking to continue developing their horsemanship, confidence, control, and riding skills in a positive but structured environment.

✔ Intermediate to Advanced Riders Only
✔ Riders must be able to independently groom & saddle a horse
✔ One Hour Private Lessons
✔ $60 Per Lesson

🚫 No Beginner Riders
🚫 No 30-Minute Lessons

At Spring Acres, safety, horsemanship, and respect for both horses and riders always come first. We are looking for dedicated riders who are ready to continue growing their partnership and skills in the saddle.

Petunia was a HUGE help today (in more ways than one 😄) during our National Nature Day Program! 🐷🌿

A big thank you to our amazing pediatric occupational therapist, Commun OT Farm LLC, led by Tyler Lacertosa, OTD, OTR/L, for bringing such a fun and meaningful experience to the farm.

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be launching more homeschool programs this summer! ☀️🐴

These programs will include:
🌱 Gardening, planting & maintenance
🐓 Hands-on learning with all our farm animals
📚 Educational activities and skill-building
…and so much more!

We can’t wait to open up our farm and partner with Tyler to create engaging, hands-on experiences for kids of all ages.

Our wild Mustang, Rocket, is heading off for about 60 days of training—and we couldn’t be more excited for him. 🐎✨

The goal? A little polish, a little progress, and hopefully coming home a bit more “put together” than when he left. We’re crossing our fingers he’ll be just broke enough for Ciera to step in and keep him moving forward… and maybe take a break from getting launched every ride. 😅

We’re incredibly grateful for some amazing friends stepping in to help make this happen—it truly takes a village.

We’ll miss you, Rocket, but we know this is just the start of something great. See you soon, buddy. 💙

 I don’t know who’s heard my goat story… but here we go 😂🐐

Our goat journey started so innocently—just two goats and a simple little 8x8 barn. That was the plan.

Somewhere between “getting ready” and “bringing them home”… we ended up with FIVE goats and a 16x24 barn 🤦‍♀️

It’s basically chicken math… but with goats. You start small, and somehow it multiplies overnight.

This is what happens when you say, “We’ll just get a couple…” 😅
