This morning’s gratitude flow with Shani was truly something special✨

From the moment class began, you could feel the intention and love poured into every detail. The DJ 🎧 setting the vibe, the powerful lotus flower theme woven in the practice, and the soothing sound bath during savasana beautifully guided by Yessica + Yolanda.

Shani led us through a challenging and inspiring vinyasa flow that pushed both mind and body to the edge, reminding us of our strength, resilience, and ability to bloom through life’s challenges, just like the lotus flower. Her words were heartfelt, grounding, and deeply moving.

The dedication, heart, and presence Shani brings into every class never go unnoticed. We are beyond fortunate to have her as part of our community ❤️
