In 2024, the Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) established the Navy Race Organization (NRO) to create a flagship race that raises the Navy’s national visibility, modeled after the Marine Corps Marathon and Army Ten Miler.

Meet the Fleet. Brett Brady.
At the 2026 Navy Ten-Miler, he ran 50:47 and crossed first overall. Second place finished more than a minute back. He set the standard every runner who comes after him has to chase.
On 28 February 2027, the start line is open and Brady's time is sitting there waiting. Toe the line on the Chula Vista Bayfront and find out where you stack up.

Every branch of the armed forces has a flagship running race. One challenge connects all six: The Armed Forces Series Challenge.
The Marine Corps Marathon. The Army Ten-Miler. The Air Force Marathon. The Space Force T-Minus 10-Miler. The Coast Guard Marathon. And the Navy Ten-Miler.
Finish all six and earn the series medal. Run them in a single year or across several. The challenge is yours to complete on your own terms.
The Navy Ten-Miler is the sixth race and the only one on the West Coast. Runners from across the armed forces line up at Chula Vista Bayfront to compete and that same start line is open to you.

What is Touch-n-Go?

Two races. One morning. 13.1 miles.

Start with the NTM 5K. Reset in the corral. Throttle up for the Navy Ten-Miler. Two finish lines before noon.

Just like a Navy fighter jet touching down on the carrier deck and powering off for another pass. New for Year Two.

Complete the 5K in 35 minutes to make the Ten-Miler start line. Finishers earn The Anchor plus an exclusive Touch-n-Go finisher slider.
